In order to close the sale they will deceive you by promising things they shouldn't’t. In September of 2010 I was invited to their office for a presentation. Their offer was very attractive, but I told them that I already had a time share with Global Exchange Vacations. After I gave them all the information, they said to me that they were very familiar with them and they would set me up with a very good broker, that would sale it with no problem. They offered me to start paying in 90 days and by then the other time share would be sold for sure. I told them that I could not afford to pay for both packages and they again assured me that their broker had a “perfect record with them and they do it all the time” In that meeting were present the sales manager Michael Booker, project manager Larry McQuarrie and Ms. Assita the customer service manager who helped me sign all the paper work. We are now 18 months after the fact and their star broker did not come through. I contacted Ms. Assita and she said that the sales manager is no longer with them and there is nothing they can do. Being that they transferred the note to a third party, Monterrey Financial Services in Oceanside CA she recommended I should contact them to see if they could do something for me, because there was absolutely nothing they could do for me. You can imagine how I feel. This company is not to be trusted. They will tell you anything in order to close the sale.
