What a scam!!!! Do not use these companies!!!

I am so mad at myself in not checking NEIGHBORS MOVING AND STORAGE out before signing a contract and making a deposit for moving all my stuff from AZ to IL. PLEASE WATCH OUT AND READ ALL DOCUMENTS!! Salesperson is good!!! But these are all RED FLAGS: 1.
After contract is signed with estimated weight/cost----I received a phone call to go over the inventory again; seems salesperson made a couple errors in the weight estimate, again new contract and more downpayment. 2. Day of pickup was delayed by 6 hours.
This was to be the Blue Jay Van Lines, they arrived with a Budget Rent A Truck and a trailer. They receeded to unload furniture from the trailer in the parking lot----to load by goods. THIS WAS A SECOND RED FLAG!! Again the estimated cost was incorrect according
to the man in charge. 3. Delivery was to be 4/25/13 today is 5/07/13----NO DELIVERY-----NO ANSWERS WHEN CALLED (mostly getting a voicemail).
