Their customer service is good only until the advance payment at the time of loading of the household stuff and it deteriorates after that. The person who takes the advance payment is different from the person who is responsible for shipping. Their is no single point of contact who assumes responsibility for the entire shipping. They did not ship my stuff for nearly seven days after loading. So, the stuff was simply lying around in a storage location near Los Angeles for a week. When I called them on the phone to ask about the status of the shipment, they had no idea about it. Then they informed me that it would be shipped only after a couple of days. When the stuff arrived at the destination, they assigned the responsibility of delivering and unloading to a third party and this party was extremely rude, foulmouthed and unprofessional. The dining chairs and the headboard for the bed were damaged and no longer usable. When I contacted white flower van lines at the time of delivery, they lied to me that the person handling my account was no longer available (I know this because I had talked to her that morning). Her name is Sarah Paz and she handles only payments and sales. Once you make the payments, she would have no idea about the status of the shipment. They never give you a contact nummber for the person responsible for the shipment. I would not recommend White Flower Van Lines to anyone.
