If you're thinking about ordering from Vision Specialists, STAY AWAY! They also run the website TheFinalChance.com. They are the same company so stay away from both. Terrible!I placed an order for a pair of sunglasses on 4/1/2010. When I received my order, the sunglasses were damaged. I contacted the company to let them know I would like to return them. The email response I received said, "Any reason?" with no other text. (What kind of customer service is that???) I replied, explaining that they were damaged. No response.I emailed them a second time, explained the situation, and asked for their address so I could send them back the damaged sunglasses for a return. Again, no response. I emailed a third time. I finally got a response after the fourth email. They gave me the address for the return. I explained to them that I didn't think I should have to pay for the return shipping since I was sent damaged sunglasses. They said for me to ship the item back Priority Mail, and they would refund the return shipping as well. I sent them back the next day.A few days later, I tracked the shipment online and saw that they were delivered. I contacted the company again, inquiring about my refund since they had received the item. No response. I have emailed them five more times! No refund, no communication. In the last email I told them that if I didn't hear a response I was going to file a complaint with the BBB. They responded on 4/22, but only to say they would "process my refund".It's now 4/26. I still have not received my refund!Calling the company doesn't help...they never answer the phone. Live chat is useless. About a hour ago, I received an email saying they could not refund my money because my Paypal email is incorrect? I paid through Paypal with that same email!!!!! I told them that's not possible and even gave them the unique Paypal transaction number used when I paid. I am still waiting for my refund. They have not yet replied to my BBB complaint. I will update this review.
