This place is all BAD.. vibes, BAD customer service, NOT organized, RUDE. I suggest if you want good customer service, & an animal hospital that really cares for your pet well being & not what's in your wallet. DO NOT GO TO THIS VALLEY ANIMAL HOSIPTAL. BAD BUSINESS. If the Vet assistant was atleast nice maybe it would've not been such a bad experience. It wasn't 1 staff that seemed uncaring it was all of them, yes even the Dr. Vet as soon as he was done examining my dog, my nephew was outside & said he seen the veterinarian come out with a leather jacket & got on his motorcycle. I was blown away it just didn't seem right. They prescribed me medications but didn't explain how or when or why or what the Med's are for.. Nothing.. Ugh worst place ever .. I recommend not to go.. I gave it a 2 in rating..
