THE WORST PLACE TO DEAL WITH!!! I order $900 woth of items including a bed cover for my truck, I had their rep verify the part #'s before I ordered and was told they were correct so I placed my order. The next day while checking Lund's website for warranty and installation information I discovered it was not the correct cover for my truck. I called back and told them andthey said it would be canceled and credited, the next day they shipped the incorrect part anyway. When it arrived instead of my credit I called yet again, I was told because it shipped they can not issue a credit for 30 days after they receive it back, nice of them to hold my $320!!! Then I talked to 3 supervisors and a "manager" named Elmer at ext 835 and was told they would send for a pick up the next day and when in transit they would ssue the credit, the next day, there was no pick up so I called AGAIN and was told the pick up was scheduled for the next day and after it was picked up the credit woud be issued in 2-7 days.
