Zero stars for this company.
Tritz "Professional" Management Company, is the most UNPROFESSIONAL a company can be. I have had the misfortune to deal with one of the owners. I am a tenant at a gated community that has an HOA and is managed by Tritz. I reported problems with termites. I called Tritz the same day the termite inspector came to my condo to find out the service status, next stepts, etc. Rob, the owner, told me that he had not received the report from the exterminator. Long story short, 11 days later, no call, no service, and plenty of termites. I called again, to hear that the problem was not covered by the HOA, that it was the owner's responsibility. How in the world do you do business like that?? They did not call the owner or me!!, , , and how do you rule that is the owner is responsible to get rid of termites when the building is infested? They have never fumigated the property. This is a 3-story condo building with one roof for all units, I happen to live in the top floor, so I have a roof; which is were the termites are coming into the condo.
