I booked an 11 day Yellowstone and Mt.Rushmore National Park Tour and was not told that i will be in a bus with 59 chinese people and a tour guide who could hardly speak english.It was the tour from hell.As an english speaking person i requested an english
speaking guide only to be told that this tour will done in chinese and english but you could not understand the tour guide.From 5.30am untill 8.00pm all you heard was nothing but chinese.Ten days of chinese food for lunch and dinner.I changed bus 6 times.To
illustrate the tour:DAY ONE.Los angeles to Las Vegas we stopped for lunch at chinese buffet then to Circus Circus hotel where we changed bus and drove to Richfied.That was our day.Another time we drove to SALT LAKE.Half an hour later off to the 2 star hotel.That
was our day.WHAT A JOKE.Another time we spent an afternoon looking for a work shop to repair a loose outside mirrow.The icing on the cake came when the tour guide asked for $7.00 per person per day for a service fee.While we sruggle to load our suitcases on
the bus the driver stood smoking and watching us.And they had the chick to ask for a fee.I have done coach tours with my wife before and i have to say that this company is the worst company to use.KEEP AWAY FROM TOURS4FUN
