I bought a vehicle from this business. I had many problems with it and took it back several times. I was told it passed the smog certification, when in fact it had not. When I finally took it to a responsible auto repair, they found a piece of gray sponge covering the led light on the check engine light. Also I let the owner of Top of The Line know that their was a piece of black tape in the dash where the car warns you of problems. He acted surprised and had it removed. I now know this was done so it would pass the smog inspection. The owner, Ramon Morales told me all the beeping noises the car was making in the dash could be ignored. He never gave me any written statement of repairs. His website says he certifies the vehicles he sells. He should be put out of business.
