Will not recommend or use again- After spending $500 to have our Sundance Spa hookup! and only running for 12 hrs or so - Tripped circuit breaker! Upon calling them to ask for them to come back out to check work that they did! and telling us that we would have to wait until next week!! They did come out over the weekend and checked the connection - upon opening the SPA Control box! Where they had made the power connection! There was a wire from the heater to the Circuit board that was burned OFF - This was not there when it was connected>
Said it's nothing they did! and they were not responsible for any damages! Closed up spa and left! never heard from the owner on this! Had to place a call for service/repair thru Spa Manufacture - The circuit board had to be replaced at a cost of $400.00!
DO NOT USE THESE GUYS.
