Winner Winner Chicken Dinner!! Sorry, but I just saw that card counting move "21" on cable. But it's how I feel...that and relieved. When I first called and spoke to Michael, he said that every case they check to see if there is anything in the reports that would allow for a dismissal, but I figured there's no way I was that lucky, plus I figured that it was just part of his pitch. Well, I am here to tell anyone who is interested that my DMV hearing was won and my case was dismissed. Michael sent a letter of representation to the D.A. stating the problems that they had in proving the case against me and apparently they listened. I am a college student, just staring out and this would have ruined me. I am forever in his debt...thank you Michael
