Here we go these people are slum lords....We moved in and immediately had problems a major gas leak no oven or heat for 3 weeks... The apartment flooded twice in a month, the laundry room flooded and the washers sat in water for 2 weeks til it dried to mud and 3 month later still sitting in dirt,,,Had cockroaches and flying bugs in apartment and the exterminator they sent came out and literally left puddles of pesticide on my floor and carpet. Now to the big stuff I have mold growing around all of my windows and all the windows leak air so bad I had to hang plastic in my windows. The exhaust fan was suppose to be replaced 3 months ago! The worst part of all this is that nobody wants to take responsibilitry they give you the run around assure you everything will be fixed and nothong gets done. I have a newborn baby and have no choice but to break my lease. All this happened in a 2 and a half month time span....We have termites in the apartment also...The mailboxes are broken and iys suppose to be a secure building but the garege was broke for a week ans would;nt close. They dont replace lights on outside of building so it;s completely dark...It;s a hazard and it's only a matter of time before the building blows up or somone gets hurt or has health issues...
