I am thoroughly disgusted with the billing practices of SuperCare. My mother used their equipment for less than one month - for which we promptly paid. The equipment was picked up on 3/17/08, 2 days after her passing. It is now 8/24/09, more than a year later, and I, to this day, continue to receive bills on a monthly basis from SuperCare for equipment WE NO LONGER HAVE! I have faxed copies of the pick up receipt, I have made multiple phone calls, spoken with multiple supervisors who promise to remove the charges - and STILL I continue to receive bills - and now from a collection agency. I have no choice but to hire an attorney and sue for harassment. Trying to get through to the billing department is a JOKE. If you call during peak hours (Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 6:00pm) you must leave a message - which for the most part goes unanswered! Absolutely appalling customer service. DO NOT USE their services. Try Home Medix instead. I had no problems with their services or billing department.
