Cheap pools are great, but not if you pay for it later

His price is good. His work is not bad. His communications with both his employees and his customers is unbelievably bad. He would actually yell at us when we called him on some of the mistakes he made. He kept making mistakes because of bad communications.
We finally got the work done, after an unbelievable fight with this guy. All we asked for what what was on the written contract. Then we had some warranty issues. He fixed them. It took him several weeks to take care of what was a 45 minute fix. Then we had
more issues, but he told us he was going bankrupt and would not be able to complete the repairs. Low and behold, 7 months later he's not out of business but working out of his house instead. Repairs are still not done. He's still building pools.
