I was scammed on my home loan modification.

In April 2011 State Law Group said they could help me with a home loan modification as a go-between to my mortgage lender, Bank of America. They wanted $3500.00 and told me that I did not have to make my mortgage payments, and they told me I should not
talk to the lender. They dangled me along for almost two years. They changed representatives on me several times. They assured me that I was not in foreclosure, and yet there was a big arrears sum when I finally met with Bank of America directly and signed
the modification papers. In March 2013 I finally signed the loan modification papers with Bank of America. When I tried to contact State Law Group to ask questions, it was as though they had dropped off the face of the earth. Letters were returned. Phone calls
gave me a "no longer in service" message. I'm filing a complaint.
