I was very leary about trying this loan modification process because about 8 months ago i tried with another company that took over 3k from me and now i cannot reach them. i feel like i read people pretty well. When i spoke with the people at Spartan it was a whole different process than that other company! I talked to friends and family, and read reviews on the program and found that it was either lose my home or try one more time! I was told up front that my lender (BOA--the worst lender! *whole other story) was a hardballing company but they still work with spartan. This made me nervous, but this company does put everything in writing! I am very happy with my 16000/yr savings and my new interest rate of 3% (DOWN FROM 7.25!)
