Sent wrong part, took no responsibility, must pay for their mistake. Terrible customer service and attitude.

Spaguts.com ripped me off to the tune of $550. I spent an hour on the phone with their sales person to order a spapack. They sent me a controller instead of a spapack and then tried to blame me. They said I had to pay for shipping plus $60 to return it, and that's only if I buy the $750 spapack. They never took any responsibility for their mistake, their inept sales person (Kammy). Their service manager Damien took a adversarial approach to customer service. This is a terrible company. This is one of those companies that you hope goes out of business because of their poor customer service, poor listening, and lack of accountability. Buyer beware! They will not take responsibility for their products or service.
