After buying a 17 in 1 & 2 ea 9 in 1 function spa facial machines we were promised training from Alex B from Spa Manufacturers Direct. At the appointed time we had 3 cosmetologist waiting. He called at the appointed time but said he was busy and would call back later. He never called back even after repeated calls and we did not receive any training after waiting 6 hours. No manuals come with the product and the ones on the internet are insufficient. We had to hire a cosmetologist to train us on these productsto get them to work. This trainer mentioned these units should have model numbers and serial numbers associated with them which they don't.
