Last October I was referred to South Bay by my insurance incompany. My insurance notified South Bay that I will be taking my vehicle there. My first impression did not start off well with my arrival. When I walked in the door two employees (male and female) were at their desk and did not bother to acknowlege me. After a bit the gal asked if she could help me. I told her that my insurance company had notified them that I would be taking my vehicle in there. The gal then replied that that the other employee would be helping me. I am getting the impression that I came at a bad time or something. I walked the male employee out to my car and showed him the damage. I was asking questions regarding the repair process, fading, etc.. He just told me not to worry and they will take care of it.
