I am a huge Lord of the Rings fan, and was hunting online for a representation of Orlando Bloom as Legolas from the movies. I found Sideshow and ordered a statue from their website. When the item arrived the main arrow in his bow was pretty badly bent. I contacted their customer service department and spoke with Mike to see if i could get a replacement. He made all of the arrangements and I didn't have to spend any money getting my replacement. It was super easy! This was the first time I ever ordered from this company and while I was not happy to have an issue, I was glad to get it resolved.
