Our HOA changed management companies to Seabreeze Management a number of years ago and are very satisfied with them. They are very busy but extremely responsive. They’re so experienced which allows them to provide definitive answers to residents and assist the board in making decisions. Seabreeze is very good at dealing with problems and gives reality based advice in complicated situations. My experience has been that if someone has an issue with Seabreeze it’s simply because they don’t like the answer to their question. Seabreeze Management is wonderful though.
