I really like these folks! Here's why: My scooter broke down for good over Christmas and I needed transportation ASAP. Most of the shops in Austin were closed and the ones that weren't didn't have what I was looking for. I called and left messages with 5 online companies letting them know what my situation was.
Vince with Scooter Dynasty was the only person to get back with me . Keep in mind this was the time between Christmas and New Years 2008 and they were closed at this time. He shipped a new scooter to me (The Lance Vintage, which I love!) the day after I called and I got it 6 days later on my door step.
Once I received the scooter I called Vince to ask some questions which he answered quickly and I emailed their tech support for some questions regarding fluid types and they were prompt in responding.
I've had some bad customer service before so it was really nice to just have a great experience buying something like this online. I don't want to sound like I'm gushing too much but these guys really helped me out.
