Santa Barbara Supplements is Unresponsive

I purchased an item from Santa Barbara Supplements through ebay which did not work out for me. I emailed them a few times and got no response so I contacted ebay, then they responded and promised a refund if I returned the item, which I did. It's been
three months, have not received a refund, I have not received a response to my emails, nor my phone calls. I will never shop at Santa Barbara Supplements ever again.
