This company is a fraud. They insisted I put down 2 months payment to be held in trust until I could get all the documents to them. I changed my mind and dealt with my mortgage company instead. For the last six months, I have been trying to get this money back to no avail. I have spoken to many people representing the company, but have gotten no response to my repeated requests for my money. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!!! They are not a true company and they will take your money! I would give this company a minus star if I could.
