Review 12/20/2007
|
While attending the auction on December 11, 2007 I was disappointed that this was a fraud. During the first auctioned property, no bidders bid. However, the auctioneer and his floor workers were making bids up while walking down different aisles. Some people caught on and were looking at each other, knowing something was wrong. They sold this property and several others in this fashion with fake bidders. During the course of the auction some people stood up and left because of this. A short time after many of these properties went back for sale and no explaination was given. This showed that they were never bid on to begin with. When people did bid and were located on one side of the room the other floor working would call out a bid on the other side, thus increasing the price and getting it sold for much higher. In addition, many other properties were not sold that had been listed in the auction paperwork. You should not purchase from such con-artist, this was a fraud.
