I have been going to Barbara's yoga class for over 18 years and not only do I love Barbara dearly as a person, but her classes are awesome! After each class I not only feel more positive and refreshed but stronger and more centered. She covers everything from balance, breathing and strength. The space is amazing..... surrounded by wonderful art and a great group of people. I can't say enough wonderful things about how Barbara as a teacher and person has changed my life and how lucky I am to have found her.
