This company charged me $115 for a new filter that was supposed to arrive within a few days. Almost two months later I have no filter and the company won't return my calls. They do not list a physical address so I had to look them up on the state corporations web site. I sent a letter via USPS express mail and it went unclaimed. I would avoid using this company as they don't seem to be on the up and up.
