I'm a military serviceman, and any military personnel will tell you how important their uniform appearance is. I am station about 2.5 hours away, and I only use this cleaner when I am visiting family. On 12/15/2010 I brought in 5 sets of uniforms to be cleaned. Came back 12/17 to pick up, only 4 sets were returned, was told that they needed to keep one set for a couple more days. Came back 2 days later, only to find black ink stains on the coat and trouser. Hence why they kept it. Brought it to their attention, was told by the lady manager that they will try to remove stains. Being fair and giving them a chance, they kept it for a week 12/27. Came to pick up, still stains on uniform, again lady mgr said that they will retry but with stronger chemicals. Being fair again, I agreed but was told I will be called. No calls, came back on 1/10/2011. Still stain on uniform, told mgr that this is unacceptable. Mgr said that she will refer this matter to the owner and will keep uniform to try again. No calls from the mgr or owner. Came back on 1/31/2011, mgr called the owner and let me talk to him. He ask me to fill out a claim form and include documentation on the cost of the uniform, but the business didn't have the claim form there, had to come back 2 days later to pick up form. Filled the claim with proof of purchase on 2/11/2011, the mgr told me that it would take about 6 weeks to process the claim and they would have to keep my uniform since they are paying for it. No check or response, came back on 4/15/2011. Mgr again called the owner and let me talk to him. He stated that he would mail out the check in a week. No check, no reply. Came back on 4/29, talked to the owner again, he assured me that he will send check. No check, no reply. Summing it up, finally got check on 5/9/2011 after coming back in and talking to the owner again. He had the audacity to ask me to give him a discount on the uniform that I only had for 8 months. First they damage the uniform, give you the run around, aggravate you, waste my time, travel, and money. Never once did they even acknowledge that they damage the uniform, just gave it back and hoping I wouldn't notice. The mgr has no authority to make any decision, she is more intent on talking on her bluetooth than to help you. The owner has no sense of what customer service is or the ethical way to treat people in a professional manner. I will never use this cleaner again, they should have their license revoke.
