In spite the fact that the car was sold to us with a defect we were responsible for the repair. The repair didn’t resolve the water lick problem, so we ended up paying them even more money for nothing and also had to professionally clean it at our expense. We were told that they will work this issue out with us. We were willing to just get a different car and we waited for a few days for them to find us a deal. The deal was that we were loosing $4000 if we got a different car. They just assume people are stupid or something. When brought to their attention that the new deal was gone put $4000 in their pocket we didn’t hear back from them. Now they want us to bring the car back in to be serviced, so they can get even more money from us
