Bait and switch hard sell

I bought the program for 29.99, and it did not help. I called the troubleshooting number, and the tech told me the program would not be able to help because my computer was too corrupted. He told me I needed another program at a cost of $225. I declined, and asked for a refund. I was told my refund would show up on my next credit card statement. The refund did not occur. One year later, a renewal fee of 34.99 was charged my account. I was told by email that a refund would show up on my next statement. That did not happen. My complaint is currently on file with the BBB. 9-5-2012.
