Indymac/One West Bank is unwilling to do loan mod or short sale. Their short sale negotiators and loan officers are unresponsive. You cannot call them and they rarely answer emails. After a year of dealing with them so patiently, they have just denied my short sale unless I give them $12k over the appraised value. There needs to be a class action lawsuit. This company is HORRIBLE.
