I have submitted a complaint to the Better Business Bureau, but it is not to refund my $42.00. It is to stop this company's totally unethical business practices and possibly bilking innocent consumers out of thousands of dollars. I got the same roof rat story and was told it would cost me $2200. I said I'd get a second opinion and the second company told me there was no evidence of roof rats and 8 ducts were not ruined; only 2-- that were ripped probably at the hands of the Ocean Air techician and the 2nd company repaired them for $50. I have to warn people because there will be no resolution through return of my $42 to clean ducts; this company will continue to foster unethical sales and business practices and needs to be stopped. My work was done in San Diego and is obviously sanctioned by the company headquarters in Woodland Hills!
