They arrive when they say they are going to, and it is easy to communicate with them. Their pricing was better than that of any other painters I've worked with. Since I've educated myself on greener products, I also appreciated that they were knowledgeable about no/low VOC paints and where to purchase them. I recommend them highly, and without any reservations.
