been trying to get parts for my motorcycle for my DF250RTC that they sold me this year and so far i have been given the round about to talk to people and what not. not only this but the inside of the brand new motorcycle's fuel tank was rusted, the carb's rubber diaphram split, stalled, and had really bad break in oil that somehow dissappeared while it WAS under 200 miles, literally still breaking in and i have yet to hear back from them.
the customer service, and sales are horrible. from now on i'm buying locally. countyimports.com only wants the money, not uphold their warrenty, customer support, or help those whom actually purchased the bike after it arrives at their door.
