It's unbelievable the level of unprofessionalism involved with ninja jump. We dealt with FRANK! He tried to over charge me thousands on items. Then would ship items to me COD without even telling me the costs. He would lie about the arrival dates and when they were shipped. In all my years dealing with inflatable companies. This one is by far the most shady group in the us.
