Montose Travel ROCKS!! I had to fly to Mexico City for business by myself (woman) and I heard a lot of stories how it was very dangerous so Maria Saenz one of the agencies most well traveled and recognized agents helped me in the most phenomenal way.
She arranged my transportation in Mexico City on such short notice with the company Ensemble. I was greeted by a well groomed young man with a nice cold bottle of water...gotta love that after a 4 hour flight and escorted to a new SUV, very comfortable.
Little did I know that while I was in the air the driver that was to pick me up had been in an accident and Maria was contacted, she jumped to my rescue and got another driver to pick me up. In addition she called my hotel to make sure I had arrived safely. I felt like a celebrity!! Way above the line in customer service. I highly recommend Maria as an agent and Ensemble for transportation in Mexico.
