UPDATE: PLEASE REVIEW Case# 17541 & Case# 2260 involving Matthew Loyola Mascarenhas BEFORE SIGNING UP FOR THIS SERVICE or call 954-958-5508. He has been under investigation with the State of Florida Department of finance for the last year and action is being taken against him. He has no license, credentials or anything else to do home modifications and he has no "in" with your bank.
I would not believe any of these reviews about this company. ANYONE can leave them and I would venture a guess that he is leaving them himself. This company totally screwed up our mod. First off lets just say that we NEVER QUALIFIED for this to begin with. We had been denied HAMP and another legit company would not take our case because we made to much money. They claim to have a detailed plan that if you don't qualify they won't take your case. Really? This company now blames a former employee for their mistakes and ALL income information, tax returns, wage stubs were given directly to Matt BEFORE he took our money. We were not in foreclosure when we came to this company and it was suggested to us to not make our payments. Do not do listen to these people.
Most importantly this company did not even have a valid DRE license to conduct mods in our state and CANNOT charge any upfront fees. We have turned this over to the DRE and the AG for further review. It is clear this person is trying to take advantage of people that can get a HAMP mod buy themselves. It is against the law to not provide this information to you ahead of time BEFORE you pay any money. Additionally after searching the FL State records it shows that this company is not even a LLC anymore. Go see a lawyer before doing business with them.
