I am writing this to let you and your staff know how happy we are to have chosen Mega-Builders.
Every aspect of our construction experience with Mega-Builders was a complete joy. You gave us four different plans to choose from (none of which any of the other companies came close to), you started ON TIME, you came EVERY DAY, and you finished AHEAD OF SCHEDULE! All of your workers were polite, hard working, and craftsmen. If we had a question, it was answered. If we had an idea to change something, it was changed. If we wanted something done differently, it was done.
Our friends went through a re-model at the same time we did (with a different contractor), and when they came over to our house one day after Church, they were very upset. You see, their contractor had not made a THIRD of the progress you guys had. I told them that when it was raining, you guys came into our house, put up a tarp, and started nailing down a foundation under it! AMAZING! It is so hard to imagine what our house used to look like. It is so beautiful now!
Like I said, EVERY aspect was a joy. I thank you Mr. Toker for helping us like you have. You truly care about the people and it's not "just a job" for you, and that shows. Karin, the kids, and I really appreciate you and your company's hard work and commitment to quality.
I will (and do) recommend Mega-Builders to anybody thinking of ANY type of construction. Don't even bother with somebody else, believe me, it would be a waste of time.
