Had a HORRIBLE first and last experience with this cleaner. Brought in a baptism dress which we borrowed from the godparents, had no visible stains on it, just wanted it clean before returning it. Dress returned with DOZENS of blue ink marks on it, the largest about the size of a dime. Employee acted like nothing was wrong with it when he handed it to us, states the dress must have been like that when we brought it in even though he was the one who took the dress from us in the first place. States he doesn't inspect the items, just determines what the material is for cleaning. Offered only to return our $3 for not being satisfied with cleaning, had to make him call the manager/owner who was just as bad. Accused us of trying to make them pay for a dress that we ruined! Finally they agreed to try to clean it again, told us to return in 3 days. Asked employee to call manager back, we wanted him present when we got the dress back, employee refused to call him for 2 days. Returned to pick up dress, manager/owner wasn't there even though he said he would be. Somehow they got the dress clean. They never once apologized or admitted to being at fault, and didn't even offer to return our money for all the hassle.
