It is my pleasure to report that Manhattan Mortgage Corporation not only was successful in modifying my mortgage and reducing the interest rate by 3 percent but helping us become current after being behind 7 months on our mortgage. After careful consideration we chose this company after receiving excellent customer service from their sales agent (Derek Allen) and being given realistic expectations. Every other company I spoke to promised specific results. I knew that was impossible as my lender would make the final decision there. Offering a payment plan also made the choice easier to make. Further the fee was less than most other companies. The processing department communicated with me every step of the way and i was never left wondering what was happening. They helped us save our home.
