This company is not reliable. Do not use them for any type of loan modification. They will simply tell you everything to take your money. This company is nothing nut fraud be careful. This person name Russel is nothing but a liar. I explained clearly to this lady Elyssa that I wasn't going to be quality for a loan modification to to the fact that I already had one done. She convinced me and stoll my money and I never received a refund. If anyone outhere needs any type of loan modification or a loan to buy a house. Do yourself a big favor do not listen to these people they are liars and will take your money.
