Loud Audio Vision has horrible customer service and the quality of work is unacceptable by any standards. If you want to get what you paid for and quality work then find a more reputable business. I have had nothing but issues with the items I bought and got installed in my vehicle. I spent a large sum of money at this company and was short handed by the service and installation. If I was able to give zero stars out of five I definitely would. The owner and employees are unapproachable and will not help to fix issues when they arise. After going through my vehicle I found that the wiring instillation was a mess and completely tangled throughout my truck. I paid for certain products and equipment and the ones installed were not the ones I paid for. Additionally they used wood screws on metal to hold down my speakers. They also only used two screws where there is four needed to hold the speaker properly. There were metal shavings and snipped wires left in the working space where my apms are at under my back seat. There are numerous other problems that had to do with improper instillation, and improper equipment. Stay far and clear from this business or plan to get ripped off.
