DONT ORDER FROM LEGACY BRASS
|
If you buy their product forget getting any type of customer service to repair or replace. I purchased $10k of fixtures from Legacy Brass in 2009, through a plumbing company, for a home remodel. In 2014 the fixtures started to break and fall apart so I called the plumbing company I bought them from. They explained that they no longer carry the line because they do not respond to phone calls and have stiffed them on orders. I tried to call, email them, and fax them directly. First the family run business in California sold out to a person in Texas. This new person does not respond to phone calls, email or fax. Most of the phone numbers on their website do not work, and the numbers are set in a loop to never respond to you. I will now have to cut holes in my walls and replace three shower valves because I cannot get replacement parts. And three knobs are corroded and loose on my vanity sets. Their products are faulted and they do not have customer service. Disappointed in California.
