Saved our family home!

The Law Office of John M. Ribarich saved our home! We tried to refinance our home a few years ago but we owed more then what the home was worth. A few months later they cut our work hours which eventually in time hurt us financially. That's when we decided to try to reconstruct our loan with our bank and started to do the process on our own. This took so much of our time calling, faxing, mailing documents and receiving documents to get nothing but the a run around. This went on for 2 months until we got a call that the underwriter just received our file and reviewed our file. Our case was denied because we failed to sign one sheet! We spent almost 2 years dealing with the bank going through our struggles and trying to do whatever we can to save our home. We never missed a payment and jumped through hoops for the bank just so we can get denied for a missing signature. We were now facing the reality that our home in 4 years would go to an adjustable rate.

We work long hours and have two little ones so it made it hard for us to drive from Orange County to Sherman Oaks. They were available for us no matter what time or day it was, he made the time from his busy schedule to meet up with us. The only responsibility's they gave us was to not worry and to send him the documents he needed for our case. In five months we received a document from our bank notifying us that we got our loan reconstructed and would start the following month.
The Law Office of John M. Ribarich cut our house payment by $1,623.00 a month and our interest rate from 6.25% to 2%. We went through almost 2 years of stress and sleepless nights going through our nightmare with the bank. The thought of losing the home of your family takes a toll on you mentally & physically. We were at the point we would give it one last shot trying to get our loan reconstructed and it was either sink or swim. I'm glad we decided to go with the Law Office of John M.
