Their sales department was very helpful and professional in helping me find a battery for my laptop. After receiving the first it would not charge and I followed their video instructions which was very helpful. I called and before they sent me the second battery their customer service department had me troubleshoot a possible problem with my laptop by removing my old battery and use only my ac adapter. I had found out that the ac adapter was the problem. I was so pleased and ordered the ac adapter along with a new battery from Laptop Battery One. I am very pleased as my new ac adapter and battery is working great and the new battery last much longer than my original Dell battery. I would recommend their battery and service to my friends.
