Placed an order on 6/26/2011. Credit card was charged the same day for $536.xx worth of merchandise. I received a call a couple days later advising part of my order was on back order and it would be two weeks before they could ship it. Today I have checked and my order has not even been processed. They have not sent me the items that are in stock (they said I would have to pay additional shipping). Most reputable companies do not withdraw payment until they ship you the merchandise. I have called and left two messages and sent an email. Don't plan to do business with this company again.

The Koyal family sincerely apologizes for the convenience. We emailed the customer on 07/19/11 stating that her partial order has been filled and shipped out via FedEx. We notified the customer that the remaining product, clear beaded sparkle garlands, will be shipped to her separately and that we will update the customer with tracking information once it becomes available. The customer will not have to pay additional shipping for this second shipment.
