i couldnt be more unsatisfied about this place, and has nothing to do with the fact that they were unable to do their job.
they didnt return my phone calls and neglected to tell me there was a problem with my wedding gown. i only found out about it when it was past due date and had to call, yet again. luckily this time, the owner picked up the phone and i was able to talk to him.
there were no apologies for not returning my phone calls, not even acknowledging the messages i left. when i asked him if he had gotten my messages his response was : "uh huh, and?". in my opinion that is proof of poor work ethics and unprofessional attitude.
again, i have no problem about the fact that they couldnt do their job, it happens. but i find bothersome when business are discourteous and lack professional manners. above all, a business cant use the excuse of being busy, not to return calls. especially, when the due date that was promised has passed. a business cant neglect to call a costumer if there is a problem or set back.
