I took my husband to this facility on a follow up of a third opinion by workers compensation. Dr. Dillin was his assigned physician. The facility was extremely crowded with such confusion going on, where or what room to go to and what receptionist to approach as there is several different desks in one area in the same room. My husband has been suffering for well over a year now, awaiting an approved back surgery he does want and was recommened. His personal neurosurgeon and also his ortho surgeon as well as the utilization of wc had approved and recommended it over a year ago but we still had to endure yet another delay by Ca. workers comp. QME to see Dr. Dillin. His first visit Dr. Dillin spoke with us less than 10 minutes, when entering the room he didnt even know who or why John was there. He then stated he needed a discography and a psych evaluation before determining his evaluation. So then we waited 4 months , saw the psych doctor but was never told to go for a discography. We were then told to do a follow up after 6 months with Dr. Dillin. After waiting almost an hour in a hot room he came in, and again did not know John, he proceeded to read the chart, and acknowledge the psych. doctors approval to go foward but now he was objecting to the surgery because he didnt have the discogram. It was such a disgraceful example of medical fraud. Nothing this man said or did was credible nor valid he spoke from pure speculation and theory as he neither touched my husband thoroughly exam him or reviewed pass records with substantial patience of consideration, he critiqued and proded my husband like he was an authority on his case when on both visits he neither remembered him until reaching for the chart provided to him. Its shameful and may those who use this facility & Dr. beware of this negligence and report it so others can be aware.
