3 tone Bracelet

I placed the order Oct 6th they have a claim in with the Post office, I did not receive Bracelet said it was delivered but never got it. My street is a busy street if it was left in mail box I did not get it this has happened before. I want them to either credit the Bracelet or send me a new one this is December it is crazy! It was a Tri color Bracelet before I thought Sears was a good company but they are having me go through Jewelry pot.
