Lost $3494.73 Complete Fraud

This was the second chain I had ordered from Jewerly Circle in the amount of $3400 and because I used layaway provided on their website via two different debit cards, one was my own and the other my aunt for which I was authorized on her account Sean absolutely refused to send me the merchandise or any kind of refund stating that it could be fraud even though he had no reason what so ever to believe it was fraud of any kind. I spoke with him on three occasions and got no where, still no chain or refund 4 months later. This guy a clown and uses speculation to make business decisions, i told him i would have to seek civil small claims against jewerly circle and his reply was go ahead i dont care.
